Point to note: Avoid Sim Lim Tower after 8pm. Many shops there close early and there would be few witnesses if anything happens.
So, far...went to Sim Lim Tower with my friend looking for PSP & Nintendo DS Lite...was ok. We went to almost every shop selling these things...and the staff were ok. I juz asked price & they would tell me. Then I will walk out. Hahaha....
Avoid the shops that have no customers. Those shops with many men...they don't seem to "want" customers....that's the impression I get. They have this attitude of "U wanna buy, buy. Dun wanna buy, it's fine. "
Recently, my friend bought a PSP for $385 from a shop ...that's run by 2 young girls. The service is quite good, the shop has this sticker from STPB Trust sign. Includes the cable, modification (done in front of customer), adding of free full games (in front of customer) & free transparent casing. The girl speaks good English & she assured us that many shops try to con with cheap pricing when actually, they will later add to the price with all kinds of excuses. Think her shop is...corner...2nd level... | Are the 2 girls pretty ??
