Anyway, this is a joke to mock the practise of executives who have the habit of using tissue paper as a form of "table reservation" at the hawker ctr near their work places. Imagine if you sit at the table then they tell u it's taken but there is no one there. Then they point to a pack of tissue paper and tell u, "neh!"
