Guys, I organising a Chalet + BBQ on this year Sept !

Venue : Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East), Room 1710 & 1711
Date For Chalet: Sept 11 - 13
Date For BBQ: Sept 12

To make myself clear. This is not a SGC outing.
It is an invitation thread created for my SGC friends to come and join me for my POP & 21th Birthday Celebration !
Other then inviting just SGC friends, there are still my polytechnic friends, ex maple friends, my bunkmate and lots more. Hope more people, it will be more fun !
It is also a chance for u guys to know more shuai ge and chio bu too wor !!

As I am always in camp and quite busy whenever i book out.
Therefore i got my 2 co-organiser to help me. If you got any question, feel free to contact them.

For now, I booked 1 chalet le. But due to, alot of people should be coming, we worrying that 1 chalet is not enough to squeeze so many people.
So we discussed and come to a conclusion.
The conclusion is that if the 1st night which is Sept 11, we can get about 15 people who wants to stay thoughout the 3days Sept 11 - 13, we will book another chalet.
But this has to confirm ASAP, because Sept 11 - 13 is within the school holidays, we scare that there is no more room for us to book another room.

* Note for ahsiao & ahshu88, please get this done ASAP, so i can calculate my total budget. =) *

Guys, I have booked 2 chalet instead of 1 on Sept 11 - 13.
We have confirmed around 17 people would be staying (to help me occuiped) the 2 rooms.
Anyway, we welcome more people to join us on the first night, cause I guess most of them are going to play mahjong, therefore sure got a few beds extra. But prefered to be someone that we know or rather close with. =)

Once again, to prevent more people from asking me the same question.
The location of the chalet is the one that require to pay $1 before entering the resort.

Drinkers
Guys, we are looking for people who willing to share with us or sponsor their precious alcohol on the BBQ day.
Those who wanna to do so, please tell me what alcohol that you are going to bring.
Note: For those who is not a good drinker, please control on the amount of alcohol that you going to have on that day.
I do not want to end up watching people vomiting or seh-ing in the chalet. =x
I got such case in my one of the BBQ outing before. LOL ! For those who attend my BBQ outing before, should know what happen before.

Mahjong-ers
Thoughout the 3days of the chalet, we also playing mahjong.
Those who wanna play, please tell me.
*Because we only bringing 1 table over. Therefore, if there are more people wanna play, we either take turn to play or kup.*
Game: 3 6 tai, 20 40 cents. (Subject to changes due to ahsiao is too rich !)

My comments for the celebration!
WoOoO, The chalet had finally ended ! Had too much fun till we extended 1 more day at the chalet. LOL !

Hope you guys have enjoy-ed yourself.
Sry to all that I really have no time to entertain you all due to I have to run here and there.
Cause I have 3 different groups of people in the chalet.
Thx to those guys that came down to the chalet although you all are busy.
