Fiction + My thoughts under the sky.
So, are you one of those who upsize your McDonald's EVM these days?

Let's be honest, how many of you out there are upsizing your meals cos of the recent McDonald's monopoly contest?
I shall confess, I'm one of them!
Current scenario:
1 EVM - 4 stickers
1 EVM with upsize - 8 sticker
So don't you feel that very worthy to upsize your meal? It's like spending 50 cents more to double the chances of winning.
To be frank, I never really liked eating McDonald cos I do not particularly enjoy eating fast food but with this recent Monopoly game going on, I must say McDonald really has a very good marketing strategy. They have the ability to make people who don't really like fast food to upsize their meals! I'm upsizing not cos I'm hungry cos of the excitement of peeling off the stickers.
I don't know about others, but I'm always very eager to peel the stickers. Yes, I know I should be behaving like an adult but don't you think things like these sometimes make us revert to our kid-self?
I'm always telling my brother, "Don't peel, don't peel, don't peel, let me peel, please please please........!"

1 by 1, you peel, WOOOHOOO.
Free Sundae, free apple pie, free burgers, free iced Latte, discount for your fuel at Esso, etc. And when everyone is looking for Sentosa Cove, I'm looking forward to having the instant prizes which consist of mainly free food.
This brings us to another aspect of life, what kind of expectation are you having in life? For me, I'm just being more realistic. I'm easily contented, simple things make me happy but when a bigger prize awaits me, that would be a bonus for me and makes me happier.
After all, this is just a game / contest, enjoy the process! Don't feel disappointed when you get a free Apple Pie and not Sentosa Cove / Joo Chiat or whatever.
It's all the fun that counts, not the result (though having some results will yield a better outcome).
All the best people!
I shall end here with my monopoly game board.

Who knows, I might be the next lucky winner?
P/S.
No, I didn't eat McDonald for every meal. They are mainly contributed by my brother's classmates during their recent 'book-chewing' session at the McDonald just across my house.
