Items will reach S'pore on Dec 25. X'mas~



Please read carefully the following rules and regulations before ordering. (please read, please....)



For all the items


1. After your ordering, those who need I send the items by local mail, full-sum payment(including international & local shipping)must be done whithin 5 days.

2. After your ordering, those who accept meet up at MRT station to collect items, payment(80% of the price) must be done within 5 days. The left 20% must be paid when you come for collection of items.

3. I accept bank transfer and meet up to collect money. I have both UOB and POSB account.

4. Strictly no backing out after ordering. No payment no ordering.

5. Please bring along your 20% payment and shipping fees when you come for the collection of items.

6. I am not responsible for the damage of items during shipping.

7. Once the items are sold, no refund.





For wigs


1. I am two brands' direct agent for Singapore area. One is called '07day', using Kanekalon fiber. The other one is 'Rabbit's Wig Castle', using KL fiber.

2. Trying to popularise KL fiber (which is a top grade Kanekalon fiber) to cosplayers.

3. Colour available for 'RWC' is less than '07day'. If the 'RWC' does not have the color you want, you can order '07day' brand wigs from me.

4. Price for the two brands are not the same. Please check the price list stated in #6.

5. Custom-made wigs OK!(07day). Please do PM/email me or reply here to get more informations.



For custom-made costumes


1. PLS TAKE NOTE! If your costumes cannot be done 2 days before the batch closes, your items will reach Singapore together with the items from next batch I'm doing. That means, if you are ordering in Nov batch, your costumes will reach Singapore around Dec 28.

2. Any time earlier than that is consider an urgent ordering.



For custom-made props


1. Small props, like accessories, needs 3-5 days to make; huge props, needs 6-10 days to make. Props must be done 2 days before the batch closes. Time consuming for makeing props is not fixed, please do check with me again.

2. If the time is not enough for your props, then it is consider an urgent ordering.

3. Or, your props shipping with the items from next batch I'm doing. That means, if you are ordering in Nov batch, your props will reach Singapore around Dec 28. No extra fees to be added.

4. Huge props are heavy, therefore shipping fees are higher.



For custom-made shoes


1. Shoes needs 6-10days to make, must be done 2 days before the batch closes.

2. If the time is not enough for your shoes, then it is consider an urgent ordering.



For urgent ordering


1. Shipping fees are higher.

2. Custom-made costumes/props/shoes will have additional fees for urgent ordering. Pls do check with me.
