ehhh sl.. i suggest go 201 / ecc the cc market there tht time we pass by when going to T mart there.. hmmm if i can go tmr.. maybe can try there? by time reach abt 10 so the basket ball court which is not very small not very big .. can use if u guys wanna slide or slalom ^^

lol.
i 1 fall got 6 wounds le...
2nd fall i got another.
total is 7 wounds n 1 HUGE bruise.... 
i hate bruises, its weirdly swollen on my knee so if it cont to swell i will go c doctor.
currently i bandaged it as tight as i can but the bandage is v weak so its actually kinda loose...
wahhh, e route got so many construction sites sia...
but in the end its ok.
but got weird sections lo, SUPER long uphill n downhill n weird humps made by trees.
was a bit shocking to see tht, but the humps weren't as bad as i tot they would be.
i put opsite on my hands. hopefully they will stay through tmr's work.
sat is the most busy day...
i should sleep now...
gotta get up in 5 hrs.

wonder if u got ice the swollen area.. to help stop the swelling area... not the heal just stop it to get bigger... bandage after a while will be very painful de....

i dun practice falling, i fall!
nvr iced it.
too long liao.
cos travel time to home is 1 1/2 hr.
plus i burised it abt 1 hr b4 we ended.
when tht much time past, there's no pt in icing it.
its ok now la.
i just remove the bandage n check, the bruise is HUGE but nt swollen le.
to b safe i bandaged it again, tmr i will remove n put a opsite on the wound.
