I think one more important thing to consider is who owns the right for the published photos... does it mean $10 is just the right to publish ONLY in this forum (not buying the copyright itself), and photographer still owns the copyrights to post anywhere? Better clarify this now than have some problems later on when the same photos get published or posted somewhere else, whether by original photographer or someone else without his consent.
