so far my schedule is like evening 5pm onwards waiting for tuition kids to book. can confirm on thursday. lucky is that the other student onli wan sunday, but this remaining kids i afraid may take up both weekends. so i rush his house at 6.30pm at bedok, i finish at 8.45pm. if u choose central, i reach there about 9.30pm. haha still can watch a midnight show of THAT IS IT.

ok.. ya... cox dec going holiday.. den i chiong nov to work full shift... cox bf going aust den i v. free..so no time.. ya lor.. tt y i need to meet this week.. the rest ok liao... my co-organiser must help me liao if need to collect money and etc for the chalet and stuff... got... i gt free slot for nov... in 1 months time 28 nov loh.. :x the rest fully book we shall see loh.. haix.. HEADACHE ARH

lol.Organiser no time meet to discuss.....I suggest if the-toots too busy,maybe can ask ur sis to be ur deputy leader?

Its never easy to organise such a camp or outing,even in uni (which i going to in two years time) need at least many manpower (say at least 10? or more) So best thing to do now is to request for as many helpers as possible to PLAN ASAP. Hmm.I can help too

but im not good in planning

I dun mind organising if there's no more slots for GUYS. And btw,why not ask those guys in reserve list to be put in either helper list or (if they keen to plan events) to be put in organiser list? I felt that organiser committee at least must have 5,helper maybe like 5 too? those who's going to join e event,its good that they will come as helper and hlp up too

We can then have fun tgr!

usual uni camp need like 30 over ppl in the committee. there is a lot of different department, there is like marketing, publicity, program head, exco etc etc. However, our approach is different here. first we dont have so many ppl to ulitize for the camp, we need participants. 2ndly, our budget is very very tight. not like uni camp, their facility will give them about 2-5k to organise the camp, on top of that, they will find al ot of ways to raise extra money through diff ways. n 3rdly, the scale is diff, uni camp can attract like 300ppl etc etc. we onli 30ppl also consider gd. 4th, the concept of the camp is diff. They join camp is to noe more about uni life n to noe ppl to guide them, for us is pure fun and entertainment, n we cant really control too much of the ppl. So i am not saying u r wrong, but we have to bear these in mind while planning for our outing.
