about E-power networking - wages not paid in FULL

Hi, please help us... we are two friends who worked for e-power networking, a shop in SIM LIM SQUARE selling laptop/phone assessories during the IT fair back in March. The problem comes in when we were not paid for the fourth day during the IT fair. Which sums up to around sgd70~ The pay we received a month later was short of this amount!

We called them many times, including the person-in-charge who ALWAYS merely directed us back to emailing the boss. The boss NEVER picks up her phone/reply to our emails. Has anyone else worked for them before?? Or is there anyone/authority we can turn to for the remaining of our pay?
