but no big bumps, good enough.

then they ask me go facial extract all out...
exp for me lo . im still a student and my mom dont want to me spend money for such unimportant stuffs .. zzzzzz haiz.

its obvious clogged pores.. try 'dermedex'. its working very well.

i think i heard or saw it before ? o.0
I went to see the doctor , she gave me acne cream and anti-biotics..
been using the acne cream and there are purging...
issit normal ? to go through before everything is cleared ?

wahh this will rly help, thanks a lot! I have horrible pimple problems and went to the polyclinic. They gave me this acne cream. it slows the pimple from growing, but pimples are still growing!!!! I'm gonna try your recommendations when i have the time ^^ thanks a lot

btw, I cannot use the cream that doctor chan gave.
Made things worse for my case.

erm , i mean i went to polyclinic lols..
not dr chan hahas .
currently using ICM's acne cream . and also taking anti-biotics .
more bumps coming out and abit improvements .
now i have peelings... issit normal ?
my mum told me its normal , the old skin peels away and the new skins grows ...
true ???

Wait, what you mean more bumps coming out and a bit of improvement?
I suggest you to apply a thinner layer of that cream. Too much cream will clog your pores and erupt into pimple =x

Peeling? It is quite normal for acne treatments. But make sure you don't get your whole skin flaking. Or else you will get sensitive skin. It took me over a year to heal my damaged skin, and I had grown sensitive to many products.

What your mother told you is wrong. That old skin peels away and new skin grows only apply for laser treatment, those treatment to remove the acne scars. Your peeling is caused by dryness. It does not mean oily skin cannot be dry. Oil isn't moisturizing, so no way to keep skin moisturized.

Be careful of the flaking. Clogged pores are mainly caused by dead skin cells.
Use a mild or suitable exfoliator regularly.
I'm using St. Ives Apricot Scrub. My holy grail !!!! I used it for years already. But it's quite rough.
A better choice will be The Body Shop's Blue Corn Mask. You can see your face glowy, clean and fresh immediately after use.

but blackheads came out .
i am going to buy that scrub too

they have many types right ?
whitening and for pimples or what .
regularly ? meaning everyday ?
now my skins is lesser oily , but more dry .
not alot peelings but soso lols.

The apircot one is for acne prone/oily skin de.

Don't use everyday la, but actually also can.
Last time I stupid thought facial scrub and wash is the same, then i use it everyday hahahaha. And my skin super clear during then.
Now my skin too sensitive to use everyday =/

Can use Hazeline snow moisturiser. =)

I've tried consuming antibiotics last year for around 3 months.
Man.. The result was so great.
But my mum dun allow me to consume it anymore because it is not good for health.

Hi

Just pop by and come across this forum. I have oily and sensitive skin. At my worst, an acne was so inflamed that I have to remove it surgically. Now I'm still having some small pimples but under control.

Putting my two cents worth.:
~I've been to Dr chan's clinic periodically when I have serious acne issues. The outcome is usually clear, but dry skin.- strictly from doc's orders; no moisturiser, no liquid foundation/SPF cream, blot.. blah blah..
Side effects besides dry skin will be thirst. Depending on the medication he prescribes.

Now I've stopped the medication cause the acnes arent as big.- it's not a good solution to prolong medication usage.
~I'm trying out the new product demedex for few days. So far it starts clearing and for now I'll say its good.
~ Another little tip that I find useful. Chrysanthemum. The wonderful flower actually reduce the redness on my skin.This is what I do:

1) Soak the dried flowers with boiling water. - get good and clean Chrysanthemum.(S$5 for small pack)
2) Cool it or put one or two ice cubes to control the temperature. Make sure the flowers doesn't scald your skin.
3) Lay the flowers as a mask. It will get messy. So put a towel underneath your head. Repeat the mask at least for a week to see super results.Ps; I do it almost everyday.
