funnysnow,

lol!
ya, only idiots like me are expert in cooking maggie mee!

i have another simple receipe:

JAPANESE COLD SOBA

Ingredients:
Soba/Somen (your choice)
Jap soup base for cold soba
wasabi
quail egg
sea weed

boil the soba until it becomes soft.
pour out the hot water and rinse it in cold water.
for best results, put it in the freezer together with cold water and ice to make it colder.

after a few mins, take it out.

make the sauce:
pour abit into a small bowl.
if it's too salty, add some water.
add some wasabi into the sauce.
crack a quail's egg inside and mix until all is well blended.
add some ice cubes if you want it cold.
add seaweed.

you can now soak some soba into the sauce and try it!

My fren baked rice recipe...i nv try b4

==

Baked rice of cuz need rice! I hope u know how to cook one small pot of rice. Take alumunium foil and foil into rectangular shape so u can put the rice inside. Else find microwable containers.

Buy breast meat, cook it in water. Add in some salt and let it boil. After boil, remove the chicken and shread it into small pieces.

Cook, button mushrooms also, and slice it up after boiled.

Buy red and green pepper and cut into small square cube shape.

Buy cambell soup, chicken or mushroom flavour and heat up as well.

U can also buy sausage or another others like prawns etc and cook.

Finally, pu the rice into the aluminium foil, use the cambell soup and use a spoon to spread the sauce over the rice, add in the sliced chicken and spread it out, together with the mushroom, the red and green pepper with the sausage, prawns etc. Pour more campbell soup over the top. Finally add mozerella cheese (shredded cheese) that u can buy from NTUC easily. Spread it generously over the top.

Put it into an oven for around 2 mins or until the cheese on top melts and turn golden brown. Serve immediately!
