but these FREE website are restricted to only mayb 10 items, or few pages creation only..so ultimately if u wan a full range for business use..it kinda waste of time to design it.

It is a pretty decent host. It supports dynamic scripting with PHP and MySQL database as well.

if you dont want to have total freedom and avoid them putting ads on your page then better to have your own hosting its not expensive
try hostloco.com they are cheap and accept paypal
can have database mysql etc for as little as about 18 euros a year
using hubpages even allows you to use your own google ads and amazon ads.. but im never trustful as the ads in there cannot be traced on your google adsense control panel .. i put my own ads in manually to my blogger blogs and own hosted websites and see the results in stats on google adsense cp, but all the ads served by hubpages and blogger never appear! they dont put an ad name in to track it with so you have to blindly trust them
i once installed an easy adsense managing plugin to wordpress and placed my green and black styled ads into the script.. after refreshing some of my pages to see if the ads appeared always i noticed these light blue and white ads.. later i opened the script of the adsense plugin and saw that the inventor of the script had put a smalltext saying i agree to let him serve his ads alternating! for 5 refreshes of the page his ads came three oir four times and mine once or two times! the thief was stealing my adspace and making money on all the sites who used his "easy ads" plugin to post insert their ads into their posts with
what a......
I recommend to pay for your own hosting better than let others make money from your hard earned time writing content and posting
might as well make some pocket money and put your ads on your site

you can always buy a web templates ... can try templatemonster.com for that ...
but ultimately ... still need someone to touch it up for you ...
wouldn't wanna see a site exactly like yours somewhere else ...
i can see there are offers for the services here already ...

i am giving free hosting to sgclub members. no limits. Only no mysql database. PHP and Sqlite is ok. no space or bandwidth limit. except dont abuse liah. PM me TS. and oh sorry there is no free domain name. can give you subdomains.

well I would also suggest to get a domain of your own t get you up and running.
it's much better to have a customized name for your site - unique just for you.
if cost is a problem, there are free domain name providers like:
.co.nr - old timer and simple
.co.cc - too complex for starters
webnic.cz.cc - most recent and becoming popular
