yeah the small white houses is the place that i wanna be, santorini i tink so. santorini, myokonos blah blah. want to go 10 days dunno enough or not, but still quite ex leh. SG convert to Euros still v little. Must bring how much travel money huh? | |

I have no idea what the standard of living is like over there.... You gotta check how much each meal will cost and the activities you wanna do and plus extra for shopping. | |

All Greek islands have white houses by the sea. But Santorini is unique in a sense that it's volcanic, with houses perched on its cliffs rising dramatically from the sea.
Think more than half of the Greek island photos are taken from this place. Even had a Taiwanese drama shot there (think the title is Aegean Love - something like that).
Greece is considered cheaper than Western Europe. Very relaxed pace of life if I may add.
Do allocate your time nicely between the islands and the mainland.

wildswans i think scooter maybe not possible. but i know 1 of the places in Crete or Santorini can rent a donkey. But very ex, its about 20 to 30 Euros. Livewired_gal, now i heard even if your friends dun want to go with u or not kaki, then you can set up a forum go with like minded people lor. Then you won't be lonely liao | |
