i'm not sure if i post it right here.. as in the correct columns.. anyways.. i'm now facing a police case with SHOPLAH!'s owner.. who is a GUY.. a 27yrs old GUY who is doing a ONE MAN SHOW on this shop...


its not like a big company as u guys seen on the web itself... no.. this guy, he is so mean that he had been blacklisted by many places n people.. even sgtrust is aware of his actions.


1) he DID not send out ALL orders on time when he said we will receive the goods within 10days.. included local postage... the longest time he took was 3months..

2) he spoilt all the clothings, eg: dirty it or making a hole in it for those customers who offended him when forcing him to send out their stuff on time...

3) he denied on order status if u do not have evidence on ur orders... eat ur money in another words..

4) very poor attitude... his so called enquiry email..dun work at all, and his hp.. call him is of no point he WONT pick up the phone... sms.. only if u threaten to make police report but his attitude is way bad in smses as well

5) ignoring of emails on enquires on our items...

6) clothings showed in the web are not wat u get in the end.. they dun come from korea, taiwan,japan or hongkong but from some other places with a different brand and lousy quality...

7) he earn more than wat u ppl tot.... he eats the money up be it if he put on promotions n free delivery for advertising his shop in our own web pages...



i purchased my 6 items for $114SGD... on 12th august, payment made was 13th august, he emailed me for the payment received on 14th august.....


and says that items will reach singapore within 7 days. n local postage is 2 to 3 days...at the same time i purchased items from japan as well... as my japan goods payment dragged for few days....



but my japan clothings came in last thurs. 21st august 2008. but from shoplah... i didnt hear any news from HIM..... i emailed him on 26th aug 08, but he didnt EVEN bother to reply..so on 27th august 08 morning i tried calling him... he diverted all calls n its alway engaged.....



so i tried again in the evening 6 30pm onwards...for 30mins i called.. the phone got thru but he didnt pick up at all.. can say dun dare to... so i let the matter rest for a nite.... n today.. i called again..DIVERTED again... so i got pissed and i smsed him..

my msg:
its better if u reply before i report to the police about this scam. when i pay for my stuff and you running away with my money and avoiding all calls.

his reply:
please go ahead and report to police. for your info, you did not place and order by sms or call. cant be bothered to email? ridiculous.

my msg:
excuse me, you did even send me my payment confirmation slip thru email and u tell me i didnt even order? i even have my money transfer receipt with me, my dad transferred the money to you on 13th august. alright.

his reply:
can you please read my sms properly? did i say never receive your order? please get someone with better english to read my reply.

my msg:
come on la.. you said u DID NOT receive my order, are you dumb or stupid. wat you mesage me you cant me remember? its ok u can talk to the police yourself then.

his reply:
dont worry, we wont. cos we will show them wat we sent with our receipts and we are not scam. ppl like you cant even read our reply properly. bad english.

my msg:
so its been 2 weeks, why the clothes aint here? if u have forgotten to post out on time, den probably let us know ur mistakes.

his reply:
if you cant be bothered to email, kindly go ahead and report police. you did place an order by sms, dont be unreasonable. thank you.

my msg:
you did not state that its a must to enquire my orders thru sms? den why do u bother to post up your phone no. for enquiry? i did send out email to enquire but u did not reply.

his reply:
u place an order, u get reply, u made payment, u get reply. if no reply from enquiry, u can always email to the one u receive reply. sorry will not entetain u by sms *tis is his REAL spelling*

my msg:
seriously, i dun understand why u can reply me so many irrelevant things yet refuse to talk abt my order. even if u use the most lousy reason, like shipment delay, i'll be happier as a consumer.

his reply:
becos im not by the pc cant check for u! out of 100 customers, there are bound to be 1 or 2 like this. how many times u want me to repeat.email?

den when will i get a reply thru email? 2-3days time? hmmm. whether u have send out clothes to hougang, u should know.

his reply:

and then he didnt reply already. so my sister n i make a police report n now police is investigating it and yes he stays tampines block 861A Ave 5, 313-573 (s) 521861


his name is Reeve and his no. is 96943496. so anyone encounter this guy or purchased things from him n didnt reached u within 10days and he refused to pick up ur call or refused to reply u online... pls report to the police... although we are filing up a case on this... it will take some time..but definitely..all victims pls stand out to get ur money back... this guy CANNOT sell anymore things online to cheat more girls...



sorry for long thread but i think warning everyone abt this is important becos, this guy had cheated ALOT of ppl and he earns more than wat we tot... everyone can just log on to yahoo.com and search on "reviews on SHOPLAH!" alot of forums are talking abt it ....

Frankly this kinda small amount, its no use making a police report. In fact its no use making a police report in SG at all.
All they do is take your statement, then go back to their kopi break.

Been there before, n lost about $300 if i remember.
Sums under 10k, no one will entertain. U'll spend more to recover your $$ anyway.

At least u know the person's address. I only had his number.
If i were you, I'd pay a visit to his place to give a piece of my mind. If you can't get back your $$,
make sure he loses it one way or another. Seriously.

Not giving you any ideas, but even locking up his house, or decorating his place.. should make u feel better. *evil grins*
Just make sure u're not caught red handed.
whatever CCTV nonsense and fingerprinting stuff, leave it to CSI on TV. SG policeman not so free..

if he continue to stop me from getting my stuff...i will go straight up to the police station n nab the guy straight from his hse... i got the email of him saying.. i have to PAY then he will send....


dun buy at all.. the fact i am just waiting for my stuff to come.. if its damaged.. i will bring straight up to case.. but now seems like he dun wan to work well with me by sending my stuff over within these few days... so i will have to contact the SO for this... i was being asked to refer to that SO for further discrimination done by that guy...

see!! i had just called the officer in charge of this case.. he told me to grab more evidence of him breaching the agreement on sending the stuff to me...... he say NO SELF COLLECTION.... but so many ppl collected from him straight..... i even stated.. "but u have a no. of customers collecting from u themselves...why cant i do the same thing"

You are right. The police wld nt entertain us at all although this is obviously a cheating case. but it depends on the type of police u met too. some is kind enough to help u all the way like the one my sis met. while some just ask me SUAN le lor, the amt is nt big plus if i'm the only one to report against her they wld nt bother.They just tell me, if i insist i can go subcourt sue her.

Hey ger, I suggest that u dun take the stuff u order from him better just in case like what u say he wld damage the goods of the customer that he feels that customer offended him.Even if he mail the items to u, as stated from his site - *Free delivery is only applicable in Singapore and by normal mailing.He can always lie that ur items are lost in mail which is nt traceable like reg. mail.Hence, the best way is to demand a FULL refund.If nt put back the banner at ur blog till u receive ur items from him than remove it again.

hum..for normal police report they wont really care... but becos now we are bringing it on case... which is we will sue him for it... so... police will take in this case.. n its not the first time on the same police report abt this guy..so ya....


he actually didnt cheat... at first.. he just drag our orders n send it out only after 1 month n so called.... send lousy goods to us.... eg, spoiling our clothings or the clothings are not wat we saw online....




now he breach our agreement... so the officer in charge will take actions from monday onwards.. now he still gathering all the evidence...and most likely i will have to go down to the HQ to get another statement done....



hais.... i dun understand wat he will gain from it.... as in...earning yes..but it wont be TAT much after all when he start doing so many promotions n free deliveries... i dunno wat he wan to gain from it.. maybe the excitement of seeing girls panicked angry n pissed mode.... eeeewwwww...

I ordered once from him and I waited for about 1 month. I self-collected the items from his residential at Tampines. During the collection, he made a comment "Dont expect the quality to be good cos the price of the apparels are cheap".
