Re: brands of diy hair dye

I am not sure if you want to dye your hair because you just want to have some color or purely because of grey/white hair. If it is for the later, I don't suggest to dye hair cos it dmg your hair plus hair dye smells. I have white hair and I use this Natural Black Hair Shampoo to darken my hair. Very easy to use and effective. Check out this website for more details : http://www.maya-marketing.com/nbhs.php

Japan Kao Prettia Bubble Hair Coloring
Watsons have a similar kind, $19.90.
it's cute! have bubbles, so makes the dyeing process easier.

Re: brands of diy hair dye

90% of my hair is white

Sometimes i use the Revlon hair colour. Sometimes my mom use those henna leaves(Those tattoo type of paste where those ppl temporary tatoo in ure hands). But my mom use the actual leaves and make into a paste and ask me apply into the hair. Its abit smelly but after washing it can last for abt 1 -2 mths

Re: brands of diy hair dye

i recommend liese the bubble 1.. hehe..
1. u can diy no need ppl to help.. juz shampoo into ur hair.. (dunnit ppl to help u shampoo rite)
2. fun n easy.. if u do it rite (make sure shampoo reaches everywhere) e color is damn nice and even..
3. it leaves ur hair soft.. now 1 week+ n my hair still v soft.. better then b4 i dye.. when i dye at outside salon always dry dry de..
4. since i alr gt highlights done to my hair.. when i dye wif tis 1 (i chose marshmellow brown), my hair after tt majiang gt light brown highlights too..

Cons:
1. it smells, so go somewhere ventilated.. lol.. my mistake my toilet nt ventilated.. so quite awful..
2. the conditioner feels v disgusting when i put on my hand (maybe cuz i put beside comp then it gt really warm).. bt put on hair then ok le..
3. need to sit 30mins n listening to the bubbles pop v irritating..
