Default Buddhist Teaching

Hello world,

I heard a very nice quote from a wise monk, Ajahn Bhram, you can check out his youtube channel here

http://www.youtube.com/user/BuddhistSocietyWA

He said,

How heavy is a cup of water ?

the first minute you hold it its light...
the continue minute it gets harder...
and when you hold it for 30 min, it feels very heavy, the water in the cup will shake alot and you will be a very stupid person ....

what that means is, the longer you hold it the heavier it gets. As such, how do you get rid of this heaviness/stress ?

Thats right, you put the cup of water on the table and you will feel an instant relieve of heaviness/stress and if you notice, the water will be very calm...

The same rule apply to life, when your feeling stress, let go of the stress ... i am not asking you to forget about the stress... but to just let it down for a few minute and pick it back up and continue your life with more energy.

Thats all i want to say ! Thank you for reading ~ !
