Default Bungalow Chalet to recommend?

I am looking for a bungalow chalet for apprx 30 people. Any good place to recommend?
There's alot of holiday chalet at Pasir Ris Park area, but are they good?
ie. aircon, tv, && water heater (very impt! lol)

and anyone know whats the rates are like? (:
