wall mounted one cost around the same price also.. in the range of 20-30 dollars.
i got mine in sports link at Jurong Point. used for almost 1 year liao. very stable.

for those demountable type, it also can damage the walls. Months after using, u can see black impact marks on it. and if your weight goes above 80, when u pull, u generate an accelerating force which could lead the chin up bar experience up to 100+kg of force pulling down. which means that the bar can fail( fail as in fall off from wall contact points)anytime due to fatigue. one sign of failing is that u can see the bar shifting lower or the bar can be rotated.

Re: Where to buy wall-mounted chin-up/pull up bar?

It's hard to find wall mounted chin up bar here.

I imported in several pieces of wall mounted chin up bar for own use. I still have some now. Let me know if anyone is interested. It can support 3 grips - wide, narrow and hammer. For detail see my signature link below.

Re: Where to buy wall-mounted chin-up/pull up bar?

Hi,

Rather then the usual boring pull up bar you see available in the market. I suggest you to get this one.. this bar is removable and you are also able to use it for sit up, dips and push up.

I've been using it for the past 1 year and it is still holding great plus installation is so simple, you dont need to worried you may crack your wall while drilling the screw.

Oh ya, I think they also free delivery too.

www.sgpullupbar.com

Hope this help.

Cheers
