They shouldn't gave up their studies to be singer though. Apart from that their songs are nice.

i find that they shouldn't give up their studies , especially they don't even get an o level cert . which means if anything (which no one hope to see that) happen , they only have a PSLE cert .

i find that passion can wait , studies still come first . this move will let the others think that they don't have to study also can be famous and earn money . some parents may not agree with such decision .

still , good luck to their career and let their parents to be pround of them .

but i think hor... their dancing is so EXCELLENT! HOT! FABULOUS! i like their dancing so as singing especially hao hao ai ^o^ and PP.

well.. they r pretty but it takes mre than that to become singers..
dropping out of school wasn't a gd idea... after sme time, will 过气nah.. seriously, i dun think by2 can survive long.. juz like many other singers... eg TWINS..? n erm..no offence.. :/

Should be more positive.....y always compare to other group maybe they can survive like S.H.E instead of TWINS.....who knows the future????y give them the death sentence when no1 knows the future???.....

you guys don't know what's the real reason why BY2 gave up their studies and become singers. so don't make self assumptions.

the twins gave up studying to let their father see them becoming singers before he passed away. it's not very nice to say them like this eh?

If they don't give up their studies now and take up this oppuntunity, who knows when the next opportunity will come? Not everybody can be offered a 10 year contract (is it) to venture into the music industry in taiwan. I still think it's appropriate for them to pursue their dreams and give up studies. If (touchwood) they don't succeed, they can always be models or local celebrities since they're well known now and pretty.

erms, all i can say is that, i've always supported them cos of what they can turn out to be in the future.
They maybe 15 (this year 17) but its the youth that counts isn't it?

They have a long story behind them signing onto a 10 year contract and them dropping out of school.
I may agree with you if you say they should at least finish their O levels (which at that time was just months away) but somehow they took the opportunity when it came.

Their father passed away when they were 15. They were not say very rich but still can afford piano and violin lessons when their father was still around. At one point in time when their father was sick (very sick), they had to actually stop going for the singer course in Ocean Butterflies cos they couldn't afford it. But the school (OB) helped them.

Now, they have said before they considering to enter into a school in taiwan, an arts school.
If you think they just know how to sing and dance, look again.
THEY SING, DANCE, PLAY THE PIANO, PLAY THE VIOLIN AND CAN 自弹自唱.
How many pple at their age are that talented and have the motivation to learn all this?
And entering the music industry is a promise to their father on his deathbed.
I certainly believe they won't let him down and just fade away like that.

Once you have the determination, you will move forward.
So don't criticize if you don't like them but encourage them.
They have come this far.
Its their dream come true. Don't spoil it.

People, it's their own decision and I believe they won't live to regret it in the future, at least they've done their best to pursue their own goal even if they fails in the near future .
How many people can purse their goals and get supports from their own relatives and family members?
It's hard, eh ?
Not to mention I've seen a lot more improvement in their singing in this 2nd album .

If they had the talent, the passion, nice voice, I don't see why they shouldn't grab the opportunities. Remember, opportunities doesn't come twice. How many singaporean can have this chance at such a young age. They had 2 album, song quite nice and go other countries to strive for their career. All this had shown that they had 受到肯定 , so why not give it a try?

They are young, but keep improving as their new albums are released.
Sometimes I feel xin tong for their mother, because she doesnt get to see them often.
& during mother's day... somehow i felt sad tt she wasnt be able to spend it with BY2.

Yeah pretty much what I said - One shouldn't live to regret+Being good in studies and with all the papers don't mean you'll 100% be successful .

I like them! very youthful and cute.. Songs not bad.. I prefer their 2nd album to first's.. haha
