Anyone know of any cheap car rental company? Accepts P-plate drivers and can rent the car for one weekend day(fri, sat or sun) instead of the whole weekend, say fri to mon.

Oh, never I know what it is... You meant by non waiver insurance excess... Well I found out one for P-plate of 21 & above at 8k... Woo...
