most rental comapny will lend to P plate or new drivers tat is under 21 as long as they have a garantor...
in case of accident gd luck... i saw the agreement frm some of the rental company before the insurance excess value is well way above S$10k

well i kind of find it reasonable as i've seen fair bit of reckless young drivers on the road.... u have to think in the rental company point of view... wat if u crash their car and insurance company is not going to pay??
somemore for someone who is under the age of 21..... i think legally the person have the ability to shake off the responsibility....
therefore i kind of support rental compaines that put in this clause..... if the rental person drive safely... i do nt think the person need to bother much abt the 10k exess

hmm my fren just rent a car for the past 11days from ace car leasing - 94482465 look for louise..
they lent to p plate ....my fren took a fiat punto sunroof 3 door , then ard 690dollar ...
they have package frm weekday mon-fri - SGD 230.00
weekend fri-monday - SGD 230.00
not bad lah ..good condition many car to chose from .... u may contact the ace car leasing personal if u wan ...
