Hmm if is a she and i finish my work i try to cover as much as possible, if is a he then leave the work there, let it stack more and more, lol, no la j/k.
Anyway if he/she really very easily fall sick then bo bian la, can help how much help lor, if he/she delibrately know got more work coming and tk MC to siam then i wont bother, this kind of ppl dont deserve help. | |

my guess is this collegue is faking sick most of the time. U'll heard she complained about headache now, but next moment she's oledi chatting happily with oth collegue. Then sure next day take MC liao.
I think my boss oso cant do much, coz she got MC as her proof of 'sick'! And always complain sick here, sick there.. sigh...... | |

hm... for me... it depend on whether he/she worth the help or not. I mean eg if I take leave or MC, and he/she cover me, if he/she dun do my work, then in turn, if she/he on mc or leave, I wont do for her also... =D

in my company, if u take more than 7 days, u will be call-up for interview by the HR....

i also used to have such a colleague! always take leave & MC, and i last min have to do my wk plus her wk! so angry bcos her things is so messy and takes so long juz to find a document. xian somemore complaint to other colleagues or boss also no use becos she's the pet & darling of everyone. if i tried to talk bad about her, colleagues would say she's weaker then u r stronger what....... :speechless: :cry3: | |

juz heard tat last week she kena warning but not due to MC issue lah.
This warning was more due to she always came in late to work especially on monday, so heard tat oth dept oso lodge complaint. Not late by few mins but hours. Always called up and say got urgent thing to attend, oso not sure true or not. 
Btw, soon i'll not back up her anymore. Heng ah..... as i'll be taking another acc. Yuppie!!! | |
