Default Consume sugar immediately after workout?

Do u consume drink which contains sugar, ex 100 plus immediately after a workout?
If u consume immediately, this causes insulin spike which decrease ur GH n testosterone elevation...
If u dont consume immediately(ie. wait for a period of time), this can causes catabolism of muscle to replenish ur energy...

how...any expert can answer?

The goal post-workout more specifically is to restore muscle glycogen. The body will even break down muscle tissue for this purpose if carbohydrates are not available..
Usually, when one thinks of high-glycemic carbs one thinks of simple sugars. However, most simple sugars would not be beneficial to consume post-workout. Non-beneficial sugars would include fructose, sucrose, and lactose...

Complex carbs like those found in breads and cereals can be used to restore muscle glycogen. And at other times, complex carbs are the best source of carbs.

hope can ans some of yr doubts..

pre workout can drink H2O insotonic or sugar-content drink, post workout within 1-2hr open-window period consume protein n carb eg. rice, banana, watermelon...
this is what i heard n practises so far.

i saw somewhere mentioned teh essential of balancing these 2types of carbs but forgotten where liao.
also got a ratio of protein:carb for better result.

Insulin spike after workout is good what. shoves up nutrients into your body. Afterwhich take in some complex carbs to stable your blood sugar level.

Anyways after workout so tiring liao of cause it's nice to have something sweet to make u more refreshed

Well at night when your sleeping your GH is at it's highest (if i rmb properly)

Anyways after workout what u want to do is to recover. in that stage insulin can better assist in protein synthesis.
