Crystal Logo for your car

I saw on car at the car park with this bling bling logo for his car. Very tempted to get one for my car too. Happen to saw this adv in sgclub also but the price was like $100 odd to on the car body. Do you guys think is it worth putting that on your car?

Re: Crystal Logo for your car

Hmmm...i rather spend the S$100 on servicing.

At the same time I wouldn't want other drivers to get blind when their headlights reflect off this shiny emblem.

Did you know that in the UK, when drivers highbeam you, they are actually giving way to you or saying Thank you?

Not in London perhaps, but elsewhere.

Anyway, I know what you mean. I have had mine pull out before. Especially so when you're parked in multi-storey carparks. So IMO, just keep the money.

Re: Crystal Logo for your car

Depends on the theme of your car..

if it's a mpv/luxury car, lowered with 20in chrome bling wheels and super dark tinted windows.. then yup it fits in.
if its an everyday car.. no. or a sporty kitted ride.. even more no. will look really weird.

debadged, clean.. jdm style for me.

I find being hi-beamed at to be very insulting.. mainly cuz its irritating. maybe i'm just sensitive.
but something like that as a way of saying thanks.. its like giving the finger to greet or say 'hi'.

think this tradition is still going on in sec schools.. lol!

lol.. this bling bling thing's considered VIP. If i'm nt wrong, comes from Jap's mafia/triad kinda style.

20in rims are very exp wor.. plus the super low profile tyres.
normally they're also on pneumatic/compressed air suspension, can lower until the body just barely touching the ground.

think the loud exhaust, decals and flashing neon lights are cheaper for ah bengs... lol

Tell me about it! When I first got here, I was surprised at how rude the locals were! Only to find out that it was mistake on my part. Haha...

Culture shock I guess.

If i zheng my car until like that, I'm sure that i will be bullied badly on the road. I tot putting bling bling stuff make my car look more girly. In the end, I become a Mafia!

I think I'll be able to recognise your car the next time I'm driving around.

Definitely stop my car by the road and take the bus to avoid getting blind!

Re: Crystal Logo for your car

lol~ you guys are funny..

think you should save the $100 also. it might not be much, but if I have to spend it I'd get something to improve driving feel..
eg a set of pedals, a gear knob, or a year's supply of car fresheners.

rather than something to let other people see from outside. unless u spend lots of time admiring your car, then it's different.

If you come near me I'll pull off your bling bling and put it under the wheels of the bus.

But seriously, you're buying it?

My car is auto, so pedals and gear knob can no need to change.

Usually for car fresheners I buy the Air wick aroma gel, which can last a mth!

Spend the S$100 on a decent pair of sunglasses is another option.
