Did you see who did this to this cat?

Paint was splashed on a corridor at Block 512 Serangoon North Avenue 4 between 10:30 pm on 17 December, and 8 am on 18 December, and the same paint was found on a cat, an act deemed “malicious” by the concerned residents.

According to Lynn, the “case has been reported to the SPCA and Town Council”.

Do contact Herbin and Sharon at serangoon_north4@hotmail.com should you have details about the case. eyewitnesses to come forward, with a reward of $500.

Update on Mossie the cat's condition:

Thank you for your concern and condemnation on the cruel act. The cat, which we have named Mossie is now recuperating at our vet. She has been shaved, bathed and is doing well. As we cannot put her back on the streets, we are looking for someone who can provide her a good and loving home. i also found a cat like this.
she came to my house i found her with glue and white paints on her face.
she seems to in hurt.
i cry sia. heart so pain.
this cat still consider lucky
the one i met glue and white paint ON FACE.
