Haha.. nv heard b4..
But i usually wear shorts and polo tees with sandals
unless going to places that are cold tat period, then i wear jeans and sport shoes
totaly rubbish.
whoever said there needs to be a dress code @ the airport.
as long as you're not wearing everything that will make the police catch you.
its going to be fine
Well i think maybe ur friend is more concerned about image bahz. As far as i have been, there's no particular dress code. Changi Airport sure dun have - i have seen foreigners in shorts and tees walking around. In taipei airport, theres no dress code n i wore bermudas. Haha in U.S. airports, they are not concerned abt ur dressings more about what u r bringing in with ur bags.
Its really up to u how u wanna dress. But bear in mind, airports r usually cold. So u might feel cold wearing a mini dress. =)

I can assure you there is no dress code at Changi!!
The only rule I follow, when being a tourist, is to dress in a manner that is appropriate for the length of flight. A long haul flight to Heathrow (12+ hours) is best tackled with comfortable and rather loose fitting clothes... Short haul, anything goes!
There is no dress code in Singapore airport but try not to wear to revealing if you are traveling to counties that are more conservative. I once went to Chiang Mai (Thailand) with a mini skirt (but that's quite long ago), the people there stared at me as though I was some alien with 1 eye, 2 noses and 3 ears.

Girls (for my sprees): Please note that I might not be that active in the day due to school/work, but 12am onwards, I'm alive online! So don't panic if I didn't reply your emails.

of course not.
i was in berms and slippers for my flight to Shang Hai for 3 times last month.
most importantly, keep yourself comfy during the flight. the last thing you want is to feel so damn shagged out when you reach your holiday destination.
also, do remember to check the weather conditions at the destination. i was in a polo tee and jeans when i reached Kansai, Japan in March.... and it was 14 degrees that night. almost froze to death while waiting for the train !

i see everyone wearing jeans the last time i went.
i felt very "act sexy", lol.
Well.. By wearing a mini dress that's all the way till your mid thighs.. Even if you were in orchard I'd still say you were trying to be 'sexy'. If not what's the point of wearing something like that right?
And.. If you got it, flaunt it. Don't bother about what others might think.
Though it is a thin line between sexy and slutty. So be careful there.
