You can collect your Singapore passport much faster with effect from May 2008.

The e-Appointment booking for passport collection is an e-service offered by ICA to allow public who apply their passport to book an appointment with ICA for the collection.

Applicants who make an appointment to collect their passports can expect to be served within a shorter waiting time compared to walk-in applicants.

The applicant may choose the appointment date to collect their passport when he receives the pink notification card informing him that his passport is ready for collection.

To make an appointment, he will need to log into the e-Appointment website address https://eappointment.ica.gov.sg/ibook/index.do indicated on the pink card to make the appointment booking. The link to e-Appointment website is also available on ICA's website at http://www.ica.gov.sg.
