Eating of eggs to lose weight

Hi all i heard a recent teaching that if you want to lose weight, eating 2 eggs each morning is good, as eggs are high in protein. Is this true? Since it is known fact that eggs are high in cholesterol too. Can anyone advise me?

huh? Eggs for slimming. Never heard before. I think it is more effective if you cut the rice you eat every day by half.

more effective if u cut more than half for the portions that u eat outside

I don't think so thats its help to lose weight infact eggs are suggested to eat to built up the muscles.

eggs are good protein source just eat the egg whites. More protein increase muscle mass which increase ur metabolism and having higher metabolism means u burn more calories which helps in weight loss.

However if you just eat the egg white it can be quite troublesome. Difficult to seperate it So usually i just eat the whole egg. But i usually limited 2 eggs at most a day

just eat them when after u hard boiled them so the egg whites can be easily separated.

Real eggs were colorfully decorated and provided for the Easter Egg Rolling. Children and parents were cautioned that they should NOT eat the hard boiled eggs. The annual White House Easter Egg Roll is a popular event to which a lucky few are chosen to attend.
