BBQ at ECP will be On June 23 start from 3pm to around 11pm or can stay at pit overnite.Budget cant confirm now ask need to check on headcount before i can ask the caterer the cost.there is request for chalet at ECP depend on how%r0many people who want stay back and chill might book chalet too.
Rough costing if 20we get 50 person going will be about 20sgd max
free flow of food and drink.Of course you can bring your own drink or games like poker car$ if you want.I will be happy if someone can sponsor some liquor ofc  (or balance of the fund will be use to purchase drink)
