1. I think for your answer to be accurate, your graph especially for a curve should have as many points as possible and you will need to ensure that it is a smooth curve. The shape of your graph must also be right.

2. The triangle should be at least 3/4 of your graph. U must know that a tangent can only touch a curve at only one point. This should be a rough guide on how to get your tangent. Don't worry so much about your answer, in O'levels, the market will give u a +-0.1 difference or 0.01 or 1..depending on the scale of the graph. More importantly, the marker is looking for the shape of your graph and that the tangent is only touching at only 1 point of the graph.
