How do you express your best self? I came across this contest run by Julia Gabriel Centre for Learning and thought it's a great chance for us to express our creativity and showcase our talents, whatever it may be. It's pretty interesting - the contest is open to everyone of any age and they're looking for entries for any of these categories. 1) Performance Arts (dance, song, etc) 2) Visual Arts (fine art, photography, etc) 3) Literary Arts (creative writing, etc) You can submit your entries in English or Mandarin, as an individual or as a group. The prize: $500 cash for three winners! Deadline is 30 June 09. Check out the Julia Gabriel Centre for Learning website for more info. Good Luck!
