Tried Simpang Bedok? It has nice western .. but only open till 3 am i think?

or 24 hr kopitiam at Buangkok.. they have nice fried fish soup noodle.
and 24hr ntuc there as well

Lao Pat Sat ( eh I every day eat there)
Along Upper Serangoon the Taiwanese porridge
Chinatown (Chang Cheng) porridge
But usually cant find really gd food at nite

They open 24hr, located at 11 Mackenzie Rd ^^

The place is super cozy & they serve only western food.
*Must try the white bread sandwich over there & their Mix berries smoothies!*
1 plate of sandwich is quite big for a lady hence it is better to share between 2 person.
For the smoothies, 2nd cup you order is always bigger than the 1st =.=''
(Don't ask me why cause I also don't know.)
Wine & Cocktail available there too.

Over there they play English songs & there is a big screen over there for people to watch soccer.
There is a pool table over there too, you can play if you are bored if not you can bring
your laptop over to use. They've got wireless internet connection & socket for you
to plug hence you can dump your laptop battery aside at home^^
