Ehh then i bet the woodlands post office is f*** up. That time i tried to pay plastique i went to the post office ask them for IPMO then they dunno what the hell is IPMO. Then they ask me to send through western union or another kind of money order stuff. Then I fill in everything and they told me I need a parent to sign it for me because i'm not old enough to send money. wtf.

Hi, I'm back to answer queries...
Regarding IPMO...ok...woodland post office is erm.....yup ^.^ They shouldn't recommend to you western union, it is a completely different thing, they ought to know what is a IPMO and there isn't a age limit.
Western Union is another type of money order, it's procedures are rather complicated
IPMO is a service just by itself.

Haiz... try going post office do IPMO? Just go to the counter ask for IPMO. Rmb get plastique's address too. Then the rest they will settle for u.
