Growing long smooth silky shiny hair (Sharing experience)

I realized many ladies here are interested to know how to grow long hair faster. Here, I would share my own experience. No offence, but those who are born with fuzzy hair, I dun think this will work. FYI, my record is growing 5 inchs in 3 months.

1) Comb ur ends, brush ur hair. (To prevent too much hair breakage)
I believe many ladies COMB their hair from the roots throughout. This will only make u strain ur scalp and break some hair. Use a comb to untangle ur hair first. ALWAYS start with ur ends! Use both hands to do so. One to comb and the other to hold the tangled area tt u are combing. Do not just comb with one hand because this means pulling ur hair (just tt u're not using ur hands). After untangling(u can run ur comb smoothly through), use a HAIR BRUSH instead. This will loosen up ur hair to show some volume. Brush often too. This is an indirect way to massage ur scalp(massaging helps in hair growth). U need not waste ur time massaging only when washing ur hair in the bathroom. U can now massage anywhere! P.S. Do not use comb, unless untangling only!

2) Wash daily. (Recommended once a day only)
This will ensure ur hair has enough moisture. If possible, at a fixed timing. Brush ur hair b4 washing. This will ensure u dun tangle them further when washing. Conditioner is strongly advised. I usually leave the conditioner on for about 5 mins. In this 5 mins, use ur time smartly, wash ur face or body. Tt would save some time isn't it? NEVER wash ur hair in front of u. This will tangle ur hair easily. After washing, squeeze it dry. Do not twist! B4 wiping it dry, brush it a little. Never bring ur hair up or crumple or rub. Use ur towel to squeeze ur hair again, then wipe it from top to end using the press motion. Remember not to rub! As far as possible, do not blow dry. Blowing will evaporate the moisture. When ur hair has stopped drippng, brush it smooth and let it air dry. Brush once awhile to air the inner layers. P.S. Personally I use Pantene Pro-V smooth and silky.

3) Trim ur ends regularly.
Sounds contradicting? When u have spoiled ends, ur hair nutrients are 'wasted' from trying to repair them(which obviously they will not be repaired). This is why some may realize tt ur hair grows faster after a hair cut. How regular? Depends. Personally I trim about once in 2 months. When ur ENDS start to become fuzzy, tt shall be the time to trim them. Just tell the person u wanna trim or fix ur hair ends. Usually they will trim 1 or 2 inchs depending on the damage.

4) Minimize chemical usage
I like to grow my hair the natural way. Some of u may like to use some chemical to make ur hair look nice, eg. dye hair, bleaching, rebonding etc. No offence but too much chemical will damage ur hair. FYI, chlorine in swimming pools are also chemicals(like duh~), which also means it MAY cause damage.

These are my 'secrets' to hair growth. Wish u all have ur desired outcome. Do share if u have other NATURAL ways to growing long smooth silky shiny hair~

Actually hor, I've seen alot of beauty shows who actually stated that its not that good to wash your hair everyday. Which I also agree.

cause our scalp produces natural oil and when we shampoo it everyday, it washes it away. Which in the end cause your hair to be dry. So I think its better to wash like alternate days or something.

I also have long hair ... just nice touch the tip of my pants. lol
