all KMTs should have a minimum parts of materials, if it is a empty mould/bucha then how can it be jalan?

if you are talking about NMP, real bone pieces, they only aid in the consecration/bonding

but how many masters can really do that? most of the time, it is adult spirits inside

the best, stick to the more "mainstream" KMTs

they can help way better most people think
but sadly people adopt them just want to have cars moving, sounds at night, nobody bother to learn how to take care of them properly

they even feed them the wrong food, (shake head)

religious tolerance is the key, what may seem un-acceptable to you is acceptable to other people, you pray to your god, i pray to mine.

Re: Gumanthong

khun phen is a legend. the kuman that we keep is actually a spirit from those unborn babies. some may be older spirits like 50's or even 100+ years old. yes it's true, i read an article of a laung phor who built a temple with the help of his kuman. and one day, the kuman tells him that he should call him elder brother and not kumanthong as he is much older than the laung phor. from this point, we can tell that your kmt may not be a child spirit. it can be a spirit of any kind. that's why, some kmt keepers encounter problem with their kmt. i once ever receive a guan im pendant with a dog spirit staying inside. no one can tell you which is genuine kmt? no even the laung phor. trust me. that's my experience

Re: Gumanthong

adopting a kmt is like adopting a so call 'child spirit'. i recently adopted 3 kmts, i think its about commitment.
you need to do chanting inorder to preach the dharma to them as spoken by the buddhas. teach them the right thing, ask them to do good in order to accumulate merits by themselves for a better rebirth. i pity these children as they are unable to take the present birth. as our modern society facing a higher abortion rate, eg 7 million per year world wide. where would those spirits go to? i don't encourage but rather that, if you think you're a serious collector, make it a lifetime commitment. they can be your good companions if all goes well.

Re: Gumanthong

im not into gumanthong, but they are real alright...once i was looking to adopt one from a thai monk..but decide not to...however the spirit follows me home...i was not really aware untill some happenings and i found out from my spirit friends and manage to rid of it....all i can say it is a child spirit seeking attention...it surprise me as much as i surprise him...it thought i cant see him clearly.

I do not do the chanting, since I dont know how! I just switch on the computer, go to youtube, and download the different chants. Then I ask my boys to pay attention. Hope they can get a better rebirth!
