Go alone to gym very sian so never go | Anyway got one fren used to work at cali said the equipment there quite complete, but must stay away from the trainers if you don't want to get talked into a pocket burning programme (he's a trainer himself).
The rates quite shocking sia ... for that kind of money i can get 1 to 1 training sessions with qualified fitness instructors in the privacy of their own gyms already, some more I was told many of cali's trainers are not certified in sports science and to give lessons, so i steer clear lor. Then again, forums got a lot of horror stories about the policies of the mega gyms so...

Private mega gyms are spacious, but they also help your wallets to become spacious
Seriously, private ones tend to have better ambience, better equipment, and the stuff is usually also maintained in better condition. |
