my hair is falling out!

my hair has been falling out dam frequently..
and i can even see my scalp when i separate my hair
or is it normal?
but my scalp sometimes feel itchy..
i used to have alot of hair..
now like very little
family say could be my shampoo too strong
cos my hair quality can say a bit good la
but scalp dam poor?
so maybe is the shampoo?
or what? help!

Hi, dont use pantene shampoo. Because my friends had hair falling issues with it, i hope it helps. And sometimes hair will fall if u brush it too hardly or when u dont remove all the shampoo when u are bathingm cause there might be some leftover shampoo stuck (its really common) so just make sure you really remove all the shampoo thoroughly, maybe get your sis or mom to check for euu.

If you have recently changed your shampoo, it might be due to that. I will have this problem if I switch to VS shampoo, I will start balding and my scalp gets real itchy but after switching away the shampoo, it's back to normal again. It could also a sign to look out for your diet or health.

Yea.Dont use pantene shampoo.I had hair falling issues when I'm using it.But pantene shampoo makes my hair grow faster.

omg i using pantene shampoo and i didn't notice much changes...
but my hair is very dry and rough though =/
been usin that for years.
maybe i wanna try dove de. LOLs....

Hair is genetic, are your mom/dad have thinning hairs? If not, then it could be your diet. There was a period of time when my hair is falling abnormally, then I found out it was my diet. I was trying to loose weight so i cut back on eating. Make sure you have enough of the basic nutrients in every meal, especially PROTEIN (milk, meat, egg whites), wait a few months, and see the result.

If it still falling off, go see a doctor, could be a disease, good luck!
