Eat less Rice (half bowl), drink Pu-Er tea after meals and stop food after 8.30pm. It works on me, my weight less by 5 kgs in abt 2 months.

Drink enough water. Everyday must have about 3 2.5ml of bottle.
Portion your meal into 6 part. So one period, eat a little.

Don't follow me. I maintain for 2 weeks on bread and water. I lost 3kg... But this is what my body can do. So don't try, might not be effective on you... Also it's unhealthy dieting.

I lost 10kgs from strict dieting and exercising. Must be very watchful of what you eat...like no oily stuff, snacks, sweet stuff, less carb etc and exercise regularly (3-4 times a week) for 1 hr each time. Took me 3 months only. All the best to Cindy and all who are trying to lose weight! =)

aww. i am actually having a hard time to reduce my weight. but i am still at 115lbs. i cant help myself from eating. =/

two pieces multi grain bread for breakfast, two for lunch, and vegetables + little bit of non-deep-fried meat for dinner plus mad amounts of water

Basically eat less and do more workout!

You might want to reduce your portions to about half of what you usually eat, or you can try eating 5 small meals per day, in which your meals are mostly made of dietary fibre. Try not to eat fast-food or drink soft-drinks as they are filled with lots of sugar and calories.

For workout regimes, do mostly cardio, in which you increase your heart rate for a period of time before resting and once again increasing for another period, you will burn off more fats than the usual workout. Cardio mostly include elliptical machines, running, bicycling, swimming etc

If you need help, you can always contact me here! But the most important thing in slimming is to have the right attitude and mind. Never starve yourself to lose weight because one would only be losing muscle mass instead of fats, and always focus on your diet regime. No point in planning something and only following it for a few days. So all the best!!

I know lots of methods but I have got no discipline. I turn soft when it comes to nice food infront of me. so never able to lose weight

I don't really recommend my method because it's kind of screwed. LOL.
Lost 4KG in a 10days. Depending on oneself. Since my BMI is really high, my fats are gone easier in the first phase.
After 3months or so, my weight will drop slower than 4KG/10days.

Weiting, Me too! I was actually 55KG and after months or so I grew really fat.
Guess what, I was 77KG 11 days ago. :B Now I'm 73(Yesterday. Didn't weigh myself today.).
AND, I'm 156 too! Hahahaha!
