Rather than here to whine, I'm more of here to vent my frustrations and seek for help.
Just days back, I hastily placed an order at this site without doing my own share of research on online scamming. Now that I've done so, I have found out that I've violated just about every one of the "do-not-dos" for preventing online scamming. If this is really a scam, I'd have lost a total of S$1000, and the moneys not even mine. If my mother finds out, she'll be devastated even more so with the fact that we're a less than wealthy family. Also if I reported it to the police, would they even be able to recover the money? Even if I don't want to believe it, it's a fact. I am ashamed and embarrassed and seek your advice...
Please help me. I absolutely and solemnly regret my stupidity...

I've already sent out warning that should they not refund me fully, then I'll report them to the police, but would they care enough to do that? I doubt so. They've stopped replying me ever since the payment was made. It is too obvious I've been scammed...

DONT EVER BUY PHONES ONLINE. esp shady sites like that.
Don't even think of going alibaba.com to look for wholesalers . 90% scammers.
I would say either good bye to your money or u can hire a lawyer but i've not heard of anyone winning the case before....
so...
time to look for a part time job? you can get it back in a month or two.

If your payment is through paypal, you can try filing a dispute.
If your payment is through banking, you can talk to your bank & police at the same time.
If it is through Western Union, probably no hope.
If you want to do your own investigation, you can try contacting Netfirms, which is their webbie domain registrar. Ask Netfirms to release their privacy protection since its a scam site. Then get their Paypal payment address for either some leads or freeze their account. Their UK address is the same address of a mobile shop called Cafe3G. Their US and Canadian address shows some apartment housing. | |

if you used paypal, you could maybe try contacting them to see if they might be able to help. also write in to IC3 as they are an official body that deals with internet crimes. you will most probably not get your money back, but it is still worth a shot.
