ok so i uploaded a video and its still uploading for like 5 mins.then maybe i thought got problem so i go reupload again.now also still uploading after a few mins.so is it suppose to be like that?my video length is 3mins+.
and also must i leave the uploading page open while uploading?

Depending on the size of your video, it may take time for it to be transferred. If im not wrong youtube only allows a maximum of 10mb per file, so it should be fast, most probably you're torrenting, and just lost connection.
you may also wanna try this command
start>run>iponfig /flushdns
