Hi... i have a classmate...quite a good friend of mine also...
and HER 18th birthday tmr and i think i need to buy something for her,...
but i still dunno wat to buy....
she likes hello kitty, pink colour, beauty stuffs (like hair dye)...
i dun think she like soft toys...
so so... wat to buy... i intend to buy a necklace with her name on it..but i dunno where to buy....
my budget is around $25 only...haha....
so what to buy and where to buy....

$25 bucks ar... Quite hard to fit in the budget sia... As in i dunno where to make cheap ones xD

Or u can go to Bugis Junction, there's a silver jewelry store next to the entrance to the Parco (opp Mac).
I not sure abt the prices for engraving u gotta ask.
Besides a necklace, u can get bracelet (its cheaper but u muz see if she got wear anot).
Hello Kitty stuffs can be quite expensive...LOL..i know cuz i luv Hello Kitty too. But i think got those nice Hello Kitty purses if u browse at gift shops. Or Hello Kitty hp straps also quite affordable and i tink girls usually like to decorate their hps.
