is true that exercising increase matabolism rate, becus as ur body start to exercise, ur brain will tell ur body to increase its performance to coordinate wif ur strainous activities, i read some article b4 saying that running actually boost ur liver n kidney function. So it is true that body will increase its functionity when one starts to exercise frequently

I believe that metabolism rate has to do with genetics and age. There are some people who can eat gigantic portion of food and yet maintain their weight while there are those that ballooned with just small portions.

Exercising everyday will increase your metabolism rate to a certain point depending
on how hard you exercise. But as soon as you stop exercising , your metabolism
rate will drop.

Wah, like this i will make climbing stairs plus walking from the main gate to my office a routine.

Main gate to office = 3 clicks. To and fro, 6 clicks. Hmmmmm hope i can lose more weight, now i gotta worry abt the stretch marks appearing on my belly >.<
