The median gross salaries for graduates from three of Singapore's autonomous universities was 4.91 per cent higher last year, compared to 2014.

Why not? It has to continue climbing to keep up with inflation rate. If your wage remain stagnant, the real value of it is actually decreasing over the years.

I think wages are currently going upwards due to global recovery. It has been depressed over the recent years due to economic turbulence. Perhaps now its climbing back to normal levels...

Well, with higher wages comes higher prices. As the cycle goes, companies will cry 'Higher labour costs!'

If more companies move out of Singapore then more people unemployed. Our environment is already quite stressful now. In future really "no eyes to see".
