Total SGC$: 490.78 | Re: Honest or hide? Actually, i have no intention to hide anything from the employers. But i just felt disappointed over the reason they reject me,not about not getting the jobs.Despite that doctors had already certiflied me to fit for most of the jobs. The interviewers are like more worry of themselves than me.

Also if you state your conditions upfront, things are also more clear cut in case if in future something were to happen. Being honest is a sign of responbility as well.

Being honest is a sign of responbility as well. | They may not employ even if one is the right person, cuz of things like medical expenses and insurance if the company covers. There are also probably 10 other pple right for the job who applied for the position, unless the job requires more specialised skills.
Still, you're right that honesty is best. S'pore such a small place, lying about something like that will kenna blackmarked in the whole industry. |

I know of an agent (Insurance) who did some stupid stuff and then kena sacked by the company and no other companies in the industry employ this agent becos they all heard about his doing. Talk about how bad news spread...

Say ... this experience gives you perspective to work harder than ever and treat everything as a challenge and all objectives as goals to prove yourself constantly. If you say this way, perhaps the interviewer would hear not your condition but on how you deal with your condition. Try to sell this attitude because it is invaluable in any company. |

Unless you are saying that you want to get the job for a short stint, else don't lie.
