Very interesting. I went for interview at Sky Fitness and it was just like these questions, and it took 2.5 hours total. Including theory test and practical test. Was not prepared for these types of questions, i just answered honestly.

answer to question 1 is also another trick.
They wanna gaudge how well is ur spoken English.
I always use question 1 not to really care about the answer but to hear how well is their spoken english.
so be cafeful about the way u speak esp if it is a high post. | |

I once been to an interview, where the manager really got stuck on the question "what life experience makes you feel ashamed and regretful?". I honestly answered, that I have no regrets, as every bitter experience is an opportunity to improve. And he kept on hammering me with "You haven't really answered my question" or "I'd really like you to give me an honest answer".
I left the interview feeling really bad about myself, because some stranger made me think about my past experience, that I found enriching, in a bitter and resentful way
