How do you bond with your family?

Do you still find time to bond with your family? How do you do it and how many times do you do this with your loved ones? As for me and my family, we bond through eating meals together. We can't do it three times a day because of our respective responsibilities, but we make sure that we share at least one meal every day. We also bond through going to the malls together on weekends, catching a movie and eating out.

Re: How do you bond with your family?

Due to work wise, only join them for lunch/dinner once a week...
However, will try to organise for whole family to go out for dinner once a month

Re: How do you bond with your family?

I don't live with my family anymore since I started working. I visit our family home at least once a week and spend half the day or even sleep-over when time permits. When I'm at home, we bond through board games or through watching old family videos. I wish I can spend more time with them, but whatever little time I have, I make sure it leaves a lasting impression on my loved ones.

Re: How do you bond with your family?

I have all the time in the world to bond with my family. I work at home that's why I can control my time and well, manage work and family life well. My husband works in a company but we have agreed to have Sundays or weekends off and to have it be mandatory family time. Next is that, we grab every chance we get to travel and eat out together just so we don't lose touch

Re: How do you bond with your family?

Our family bonding is usually watching movies and dining out. We love to try out new restaurants and foreign food. I also play video games with my little brother. Recently, he got hooked with anime so I let him watch some of my favorite anime series such as Yu Yu Hakusho, Hunter X Hunter, and FMA.

Re: How do you bond with your family?

I think family is important. I would find the time to bond with my family no matter how busy I am. I live with my parents, which I think it's a good thing because they have supported me and helped me along the way. I do learn a lot from them as I grow older because they are my parents, you know, in this life there are a few people whom you actually can rely on and have a good time with. I live in the life in which I cannot survive without my parents, therefore, I think it's important to spend more time with them.

Re: How do you bond with your family?

My parents are always very busy with work..
Sometimes when my mom's watching tv outside i'll choose to intentionally watch tv with her, even though i dont like the tv program..
Also quite thankful that after i started to stay in the school hostel, my dad drives me over sometimes and we spend the hour long journey talking!

Re: How do you bond with your family?

I think overseas trips are good family bonding times. As on a typical day, each will be doing their own stuff in their own room or are working/studying. Overseas holidays are practically the only time the whole family will be together 24/7
