How to deal with my damaged hair?

I don't dye my hair, but it's yellow. I don't use hair dryer, but my hair is very dry and damaged like withered grass. What can I do to keep my hair heathy?

The best thing to do is to work within. Eat lots of protein and take fish oil capsules everyday (Omega 3).

Also try not to shampoo your hair too often, as in like probably once per day if possible.

Don't towel dry your hair nor blow. Hand dry it would be best!

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

Avoid any kind of chemical shampoos. Apply natural powder for your hair thus there will be no side effects.

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

dont wash your hair all the time and use lots f conditioer leaving it in for a few minutes. get blonde conditioner i use this and find it keeps it from going orange so i dont keep having to die it. if you want your hair to grow don't straighten it as much, try not to tie it up, have cuts every 4 weeks and eat healthily another tip (dont know if it wrks) try massaging your head daily its supposed to make your hair grow dont know why or how

Or massage your hair while washing your hair works for me and if you towel dry, don't rub it dry but softly pat your hair dry (not too dry). As littlebabygirl said you can try taking fish oil capsules I take them daily

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

There are very useful tips given by you all. I am totally agree with you. It is very common issue. I think you should use almond oil for your dry hair. It is most effective naturall tip to make your hair strong and shiny . You can also use yogurt for your hair.

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

You should start with getting a trim to get rid of some of the dead ends and add layers to your hair that will make it appear thicker, then try using frizz-ease overnight repair formula it will help to repair your hair and make it less frizzy, try not to use heat products that often and whenever you do use a heat protecting spray. to make your hair thicker use a volumizing spray when you blow dry your hair. hope i helped!!

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

I know this reply came abit too late, but no one mentioned about this so...

Try a hair mask, I am using one from Loreal which seems to be for "professional use only", which gives me softer hair in just 2 usage. I would suggest for you to use it during alternate days just to allow your hair to gain more nourishment.

Then try some leave in conditioners, which will help make your hair more manageable and less frizzy. Hope this helps =)

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

When applied to your hair it makes it shimmer, leaving it soft, silky and shiny. At the same the scent is not overpowering, it has an almost flora kind of smell. You hair is also protected against being frizzy and from any heat damage. There is no alcohol in it, which is good because alcohol dries out your hair.

Re: How to deal with my damaged hair?

Hi friend..
To deal with damaged hairs, you need to do trimming time to time. It helps in restoring the health of your hairs. Stop using dryers, it causes great harm to your hairs. Use only natural styling product. To repair damage hairs, you should use L'Oreal Paris Fall Repair 3X Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo. It's the best hair fall control shampoo that prevents your hairs from further damage. It reconstructs hair fiber and make your hair thicker, longer and healthier than before. I have been using this shampoo from a long time and I have seen significant effects in my hairs. You should also try it.
