How to grow tall? When does the growth stop? - SGClub Forums

I've been drinking milk and working out under the sun a lot for long time. But i'm still growing slow. Is there other method?

And how old would we stop growing? Some people said the boys stopped at 18 and girls stopped at 16. But the others said that boys stopped at 21 and girls stopped at 18.

Any idea? :confused2:

put yourself on a stretcher, not hospital kind. but the kind that can litrerally stretch you. so u can grow whenever u like =D

I felt play basketball can grow tall but sometime it depend on gene also. :biggrin4:

enough exercise, proper diet and enough slp + genes contributes to growing..
enough slp is cos growth hormones is made when u slping i rmb..genes may be such tat not alot of this is produced

growth stops typically at 21 for guys 18 for girls..got somethign to do with the fusing of something at the end of the spine

just for info..for sg guys, the average height is 170cm

i also wish to grow tall but i think impossible liao ba.. cause a bit old liao..
btw not all people who play bb will grow tall one...
it got to do with the genes inside u..

ya, then in my sch i see more and more lower sec boys popping out taller, and aot of them they taller than me then when reach sec 3 still grow fast sia like they no growing cap....... now i like grow 0.5cm every year, and is most probaly slowly declining till on day it reaches 0.0cm lol. but i think we better be comfortable with our body and what we have.

las time my friend tip toe oso shorter den me lor. now hes like.. 178? =\

lol thats scary. a number of my school mate they sec 3 shorter than me, then reach sec 4, they shoot like siao. quite alot of guys in class are hanging around 180 ler. haiz.

i think is in the genes...if parents tall..then u will be,take calcium to build stronger bones ler..and might grow taller if you are like maybe the mass puberty age at 15...this time is the most overshot in height

i think guys stop at 21..mine is 181..and cant grow any taller while i am going 21 this yeaar..practically stop growing..sad..=p
