agree with u on the 11pm - 3am point... the liver repairs from 1am-3am so its essential to be in deep slp mode at this time... our liver plays a very impt role in helping to detox watever junk we take in...
diet (more veg, fruits, high good protein), rest, water, exercise and optimistic outlook of life will go a long way in maintaining youth!
