Just a few questions here because i need some inspiration and i believe many of the other here do too.


How did you guys lose weight?
How long did it take you to lose that weight?

I tried GM diet. Search this info in Google =) It worked. It works fast but discipline is essential =)

Wa cannot ar.. First step

During the first seven days you must abstain from all alcohol fail already..

then if I follow that diet plan i think my mom will say I kee siao.. hahahha

exercise such as jogging. it really helps. watch what you eat as well.

you need to be commited to exercising regularly.

i personally find exercising more effective than diet. output > input.

A change of diet, do some intense weight training( My friend did that), running depends de ba. My friend nvr run, but still manage to slim down. As long as metabolism rate goes up, your everyday fat burning beats your fat intake, shld slim down de.

In my opinion, slim down for the sake of needing, make it an everyday activity, dont do it cos u need to slim down. Make it into a routine in life. The mindset really affects alot of how you fare at the end of the day.

I was 77kg before... then I got on the products, in 3 months I lost 7kg and in 7 months I lost a total of 12kg and 4 inch off my waist... Now I can even wear my jeans I bought 18 yrs ago!! I still enjoy going to buffets, Starbucks, ice cream... just cut back in the servings..

I loss my weight with the help of these exercise;
With the help of running the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

SWIMMING!!! swimming works wonders for me ... one of my seniors shared his experience with me and it works pretty well
first week you eat per normal ... just cut down on fried an oily stuff .. den exercise every alternate day AT LEAST ... jog for 40 mins or swim for ard 1 hour?
den second week cut down on your food intake ... lets say you normally eat 3 bowls of rice per day ... make it 2 bowls ... same amount of exercise
den third week one bowl ... and start including a protein diet ... like steam chicken breast!
on the 4th week go on a chicken diet ... no rice ... just steam chicken all the way ... with the same amount of exercise ...
helped me lose 8 kg is the past 2 months plus ... ^^ works wonders for me!

Avoid any deep fried foods,doughnuts,cakes and anything that contains trans-fats
Exercise regularly and do not skip meals.

Hi,

Just to share you, I understand that wanting to slim down is not an easy task.
But it really counts how much effort that you want to invest in.

I'm currently on a patent weight management program called TRA. After 6 weeks, I have dropped 3.8kg and my waist 100cm down to 70cm. My jeans used to be tight , now started to become loose.

I really understand that it is not an easy task to slim down especially if you love to eat.

I've tried herballife b4 , half way , i stopped as you have to continually to have to replace most of your meal. Quite miserable infact, as you need to be very discipline and able to resist temptations.

I still eat my fav food as you can see above and I dun seems to have any problems. Of cos' you need to change your eating habits, if you still go back to your old eating habits, it will be a lie to say you won't gain weight.

instead of snacking on junk food, try replacing them with fruits and vegetables.
exercise is a must

last time i used to be 50-52kg, as i ate 2 bowl of rice in one meal, i think i ate abt 4 meal per day all big portion i would say, i look damn ugly with the darker skin, waist abt 26"

then when i was 18, i started to know how to dress myself, starting it is hard cos have to change the portion of food, so i changed from abt 4 meal to 6 small meal, in betwn no snacks, den slowly become 3 small meal, i lose abt 2-4kg, my waist also lose " . i dun go under the sun so is nt east to dyhydrate and thus my skin become fairer.

i knw my method is very unhealthy. thus now i eat abt 2 big meal and i sign up dance as a way of losing some weight. now im maintaining my weight.

Are you like 1.2m? 50-52kg is very light already.. You still go diet? Lol.Wasit 26" is super slim too. You cant go any slimmer.. please go get some weight gainer pills (Packed with calories) >.<

I'm facing weight problems and trying to find ways to lose those fats! I exercise alot but my problem is that I always give in to the temptation of food! It's really frustrating!

Recently, I saw this Marie France promotion that provides a free trail and 6 months package at only $133. Heard that it's good and I'm really tempted to try! Anyone tried their services before? Do share experiences with me!
